SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most jewelry is shipped United States Postal Service insured or registered first class mail. Some packages may be shipped UPS insured ground.

Rings and Body Jewelry (except slides)

• All rings and body jewelry may be returned within 10 of customer receipt.
• Customer must return ring and/or body jewelry in original condition it was received. 
• Customer must email for a return authorization number before mailing.
• There is NO restocking fee or extra charge for returns.
• Full amount of purchase price will be refunded, except for original shipping & handling fee.

Slides

• Each slide is special made at time of customer order and is NOT returnable. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
• In the rare event a slide is defective, it may be returned to the factory for a free adjustment.
• All slides are guaranteed to fit the Generations 1912 slide bracelet.

RING SIZING

Free Generations 1912 Ring Sizing

• The factory, in New York City, sizes all Generations 1912 rings free. 
• Please allow an extra 2 to 3 weeks delivery time for free sizing.
• Rings may be sized free at any time after purchased.
• Rings may be returned for free sizing to either MarGem, LLC or direct to the factory in NYC.
• Once sized, ring will be shipped, at no charge, to customer.

Other Ring Sizing

• Your local jeweler can size most all other rings.
• MarGem, LLC can have ring sized, however, customer must email for sizing charge.

Charles & Colvard created Moissanite jewelry

• All created moissanite by Charles & Colvard comes with a certificate of authenticity and limited lifetime warranty.
• All repairs or replacement of moissanite needs to be returned Charles & Colvard at the address stated on the warranty card.

STONE WEIGHTS / GOLD DISCLAIMER

To the best of our knowledge, all diamond carat weights, gemstone carat weights, millimeter sizes and karat of gold are believed to be true and accurate.  MarGem, LLC cannot be held responsible for errors in keying or misinformation furnished by our suppliers.  MarGem, LLC makes every effort to be as accurate and truthful as possible.
